Collective agreement for self-employed individuals
The collective agreement developed by Säljarnas for employers in the self-employment sector aims to secure the position of self-employed individuals in the labor market. The collective agreement guarantees, among other things, a minimum wage for self-employed individuals and provides workplace insurance coverage. It also ensures that self-employed individuals contribute to a pension plan.
Additionally, by becoming a member of Säljarnas, self-employed individuals have access to legal advice in private and labor law matters, as well as the opportunity to participate in competence-enhancing training programs.
