When you work through Shoutly, you are covered by a robust insurance protection that includes both accident insurance and liability insurance. These employee insurances are designed to protect you in case of an accident, providing you with a sense of security and coverage while on the job.

The accident insurance applies to all self-employed individuals who have an employment agreement with Shoutly. This insurance provides comprehensive coverage and can compensate for disability resulting from accidents. Additionally, the insurance covers expenses for medical treatment, dental injuries, travel, rehabilitation, scarring, personal belongings, and any additional costs. This is a mandatory insurance that ensures your peace of mind while performing your work.

What is particularly significant is that the accident insurance applies during working hours and also during commutes to and from work. This means that you are protected from the moment you leave your home to go to work until the moment you return home.

The combination of these insurances – accident insurance and liability insurance – provides a strong foundation for Shoutly's employees to feel secure and protected in their work environment. These insurances contribute to reinforcing Shoutly's commitment to providing comprehensive and robust insurance for employees.

Insurance plans through collective agreements

Shoutly offers its employees an insurance portfolio in addition to the standardized occupational pension, thanks to the collective agreement the company has with Säljarnas Riksförbund. One of these insurances is a basic health insurance, a critical component of the employee insurance package. This insurance serves as a valuable supplement to the compensation you receive from the Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) if you were to experience a prolonged illness. With this insurance, you can feel secure and insured in the workplace.

In addition to the health insurance, there is also a special insurance called Personal Protection and Comeback. This insurance provides all employees with health insurance access to rehabilitative assistance and preventive health services, completely free of charge. Having access to such services can range from preventing illness to expediting recovery, making it an invaluable addition to your insurance package.

If you were to become sick-listed for at least 25 percent, the health insurance provides you with financial compensation after a waiting period of 90 days. The compensation is paid out monthly and is based on the extent to which your work capacity is impaired due to illness, until you return to work or until your agreed-upon retirement age at the most. This provides an additional financial buffer, which can be extremely valuable in the event of a prolonged illness.

To qualify for the collectively agreed health insurance, you are required to undergo an approved health assessment and meet the qualification requirement of a gross monthly salary of at least 10,000 SEK during a quarter. The insurance is based on a gross salary of up to 15,000 SEK per month, providing comprehensive coverage for employees across a wide income range.

Additionally, a premium waiver insurance is included, meaning that the premium for the health insurance will be paid by the insurance company if you were to be on long-term sick leave.

The collective agreement from Säljarnas Riksförbund also includes a group life insurance (TGL). This insurance corresponds to the life insurance coverage provided in the ITP plan and is paid out as a tax-free lump sum in the event of death. It serves as an additional safety net for your family and loved ones, should an unfortunate event occur.

To be eligible for the TGL insurance, you need to have regular working hours of at least eight hours per week, calculated on average per month. This means that even part-time workers have access to this important insurance.
