Accident insurance applies to anyone who is self-employed and has an employment contract with Shoutly. This insurance provides a comprehensive level of protection and can compensate you for disability in the event of an accident. In addition, the insurance covers costs for healing, dental injuries and travel, as well as rehabilitation, scarring, personal effects and any additional costs. This is a mandatory insurance that gives you peace of mind when performing your work.

What is particularly important is that accident insurance is valid during working hours and also during trips to and from work. This means that you are protected from the moment you leave your home to go to work, until the moment you come home again.

The combination of these insurances—accident insurance and liability insurance—provides a strong foundation for Shoutly employees to feel safe and protected in their work environment. These assurances help reinforce Shoutly's commitment to providing comprehensive and robust insurance for employees. Collective agreements

Shoutly offers its employees an insurance portfolio in addition to the standard occupational pension, thanks to the collective agreement the company has with Säljarnas riksförbund. One of these policies is a basic health insurance policy, a critical component of the insurance package for employees. This insurance serves as a valuable addition to the compensation you receive from Försäkringskassan in the event of a long-term illness. With this insurance, you can feel safe and secure at work.

In addition to health insurance, there is also a special insurance called "Personskydd och Comeback". This insurance provides all employees with health insurance access to rehabilitative assistance as well as preventive health services, completely free of charge. Having access to such services can mean anything from preventing illness to speeding recovery, making it an invaluable addition to your insurance package.

If you were to be on sick leave at least 25 percent, the health insurance will give you financial compensation after a withdrawal period of 90 days. Compensation is paid monthly and is based on how much of your ability to work is impaired due to illness, until you return to work or, at most, to your agreed retirement age. This provides an additional financial buffer, which can be extremely valuable in the event of prolonged illness.

To qualify for the collective health insurance, you must pass an approved health test and meet the qualification requirement of a gross salary of at least SEK 10,000 per month for a quarter. The insurance is based on a gross salary of up to SEK 15,000 per month, which provides comprehensive coverage for employees across a wide income range.

In addition, a premium exemption insurance is included, which means that the premium for the health insurance is paid by the insurance company should you become long-term sick.

Säljarnas collective agreement also includes a service group life insurance (TGL). This insurance is equivalent to the life insurance cover available in the ITP plan, and is paid out as a tax-free lump sum in the event of death. It is an extra safety net for your family and loved ones, should a accident occur.

To be eligible for TGL insurance, you need to have a regular working time of at least eight hours per week, calculated on average per month. This means that even those who work part-time have access to this important insurance.
